I have been a licensed real estate broker and Realtor since 1970. I was President of the Board of Realtors in San Bernardino and a Regional Vice President of the California Association of Realtors in the 1980’s. My real estate practice has not included the sale of residential real estate since 1987. When my wife and I decided to sell our family home in San Bernardino, I faced a dilemma. I had to determine which Realtor of the many I knew to hire to sell my home. My sister-in-law recommended Gerry, who I did not know. I called him and he responded promptly giving me an accurate assessment of my home’s value and estimating my net proceeds from the sale.
